2. Eligibility Criteria

To use FinMudra, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be an Indian citizen aged 18 years or above.
• Possess valid and verifiable KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.).
• Maintain an active mobile number and bank account.
• Provide accurate and complete information at all times.

3. Loan Offer & Disbursal

FinMudra offers instant, paperless personal loans and related financial products. All loans are issued and managed by FinMudra Credit Pvt. Ltd. or its registered lending partners/NBFCs. Loan amount, tenure, interest rate, and processing fee are determined based on your creditworthiness, financial profile, and internal lending policies.

4. Loan Approval & Verification

Submitting a loan application does not guarantee approval. Every application is subject to:

• Credit checks
• Document verification
• Risk assessment

5. Interest Rates & Charges

All applicable interest rates, charges, and repayment terms are transparently displayed before you agree to the loan.

• Late or missed payments may attract penalties or collection charges as stated in your loan agreement.
• All applicable taxes (e.g., GST) will be levied as per current laws.

6. Repayment Terms

Repayments must be made on or before the due date using authorized payment methods only.

• Missed or delayed payments may attract penalty charges.
• Such delays may negatively impact your credit score.
• They may also result in recovery or collection actions.

7. Privacy & Data Security

Your privacy and data security are our top priorities. All personal information is handled in strict compliance with:

• RBI’s Digital Lending Guidelines
• The Information Technology Act, 2000

8. User Obligations

By using FinMudra, you agree not to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with our systems.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, trademarks, content, and visuals appearing on the FinMudra platform are the exclusive property of FinMudra Credit Pvt. Ltd. Reproduction, copying, or distribution of any material without written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimers

• FinMudra acts as a facilitator, not a financial advisor.
• Loan eligibility, approval, and disbursal timelines are subject to internal verification and system availability.
• We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free service and shall not be liable for losses caused by technical failures, third-party systems, or unforeseen issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall FinMudra Credit Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our platform
• Unauthorized access, service interruptions, or errors
• Any events beyond our reasonable control

12. Amendments to Terms

We may periodically update or revise these Terms to reflect changes in regulations, technology, or business operations. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
